Journeying or trance work is one of the oldest, cross-cultural spiritual practices wherein the practitioner uses a drum and/or rattle to enter an altered state of consciousness and travel between the unseen worlds. Traveling on your behalf, I undertake this journey and then provide you with all guidance that comes through via a 45-60 minute audio recording.

Individuals tend to feel pulled to the Distance Healing {rather than the more straightforward Intuitive Reading} when they are feeling truly stuck/blocked, are experiencing an imbalance on the mental, emotional, energetic or spiritual layers, and require assistance with clarity, translation of their own intuitive nudges, encouragement, guidance from their “beyond the veil” allies and connection.

The Distance Healing session covers a vast scope of guidance and information, including:

• connecting with your guides; such as animal spirits, plant spirits, mineral and other earth allies, deities, ancestors, and other entities

• looking into the future and potentials

• soul development and life purpose work

• assistance translating your own intuitive nudges

• the ability to become more fluent in the language of your own intuition

• past life healing

• seeking guidance around specific questions you might have

• soul retrievals

• healing the ancestral line

• healing/initiating the release of past trauma

• understanding/healing/releasing the outdated programming, patterning and belief systems of the subconscious

• petitioning your allies to influence outcomes (in the context of spiritual healing)

• clearing entanglements on spiritual planes that may be rippling out into the physical plane

A Distance Healing session includes:

• A pre-session ritual of prayer, intention setting, calling in and welcoming your guides/guardians/angels/ancestors/spirits/protectors/allies and an initial energetic clearing in order to create a safe and whole container for both yourself and I to connect in energetically and then journey through.

• A journey lasting approximately 30-45 minutes in which I seek all of the guidance you have specifically requested as well as holding the space for anything else that needs to come through to be able to do so.

• Once the journeying portion of the session is complete, I perform any energetic healing/clearing that has been asked of me, disconnect our energies from each other, seal you up energetically using herbal smoke and my drum so that you don’t remain open to anything that is not “yours” and close with the ritual of prayer on your behalf.

• Then, I record all that came through in your session in a 45-60 minute audio recording and send this to you so that you may listen to it at your leisure and revisit as often as you need. This audio recording will contain my interpretation and insights into all that came through as well as any additional “homework” or spiritual practices for you to engage in to continue your healing and growth.

• Follow up support via email to answer any further questions or clarity required around what came through in your session

Asking your questions:

When considering the question for me to ask on your behalf, please carefully consider what you would like clarity around and then be diligent in the wording of your questions.

If you are uncertain of a specific question to ask, not a worry! There will still be plenty that comes through and I always hold the intention of “What does _____ most need to know at this time?”

Also, please know that the guidance that comes through in these sessions is quite often confirmation of what you already know at a deeper gut level. That being said, there are instances that the findings of the session may also contain information that you won’t yet understand. Whatever you choose to ask, be sure that you are open and willing to receive whatever might come through. As well, keep in mind that, even with my interpretations and insights, there is still the possibility that some of the guidance that comes through won’t fully make sense until the proper pieces of time fall into place or that you will need to sit with certain guidance points and allow them to be digested on all layers of your being in order to fully understand them.

Format of the Distance Healing session:

I will be on the journey/in trance state for roughly 30-45 minutes. The subsequent audio recording of what came through in the journey is then an additional 45-60 minutes and this recording is sent to you via email.

*Please note that if you can rest/meditate during the first 30-45 minutes of our scheduled session while I am drumming/journeying, that is lovely! If not, not a worry; your energy will still be available for me to connect to and journey with. As well, these sessions are done entirely remotely: no Zoom call or meeting link required.

**While I try to have recordings sent the very next day, I am a single parent during the week and sometimes there are some mothering curveballs. Please allow up to 48hrs for your recording before getting worried.
