Shipping
 

Orders ship Friday of each week unless otherwise stated in each individual listing.

All orders are shipped expedited and tracked using the Flat Rate option.

If it is possible to ship your item for less {ie: copies of honeycomb heart can be shipped as letter mail} I will refund the difference in shipping back to you.

For Pre-Sale and Custom ordered products please see shipping notes on individual items.

If needed, shipping upgrades can be accommodated on most purchases. Please send me an email at hello@liminalrootsbotanica.com if you need an item sooner than its stated processing time & we can hopefully work something out.

For Customs/International Shipping, please note that customers pay for any customs charges, duties or taxes charged to them by their country. On customs declarations, we mark the full value of the product and do not mark it as a gift.

Disclaimer: After orders leave Liminal Roots Botanica, they are in the hands of the postal service, therefore we no longer have control over their journey.

I cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, so please ensure your shipping information is up to date and that all Unit numbers or letters are included. Returned packages due to incorrect address information will be re-shipped at an additional cost to you.

Returns

Due to the nature of the products offered, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon arrival.

In the event that you do receive a damaged or defective product, please contact hello@liminalrootsbotanica.com within 5 days of receipt.
